Strength
A Measure of Raw Physical Power
Definition
Strength determines how much physical force a character can exert. It is used to calculate damage in hand-to-hand combat, assess success in grappling and wrestling, and determine whether the character can lift or break objects. Strength also contributes to the overall Health score.

The character has no measurable strength and cannot exert any physical force.
Example: Unconscious or completely paralyzed person. - Feeble (FB)
Below average human strength. Struggles with even the lightest of objects.
Can press up to 50 lbs.
Example: Small child, frail elderly person. - Poor (PR)
Weak by human standards. Able to perform everyday tasks, but physical strain is difficult.
Can press up to 100 lbs.
Example: Sedentary adult with no muscle conditioning. - Typical (TY)
Average adult human strength. Capable of lifting moderate weights with effort.
Can press up to 200 lbs.
Example: Healthy adult, occasional exerciser. - Good (GD)
Above average strength. The character is in good shape and has experience in physically demanding activity.
Can press up to 400 lbs.
Example: Manual laborer, amateur bodybuilder, firefighter. - Excellent (EX)
Professionally trained strength. The character regularly trains and operates at the peak of practical, real-world conditioning.
Can press up to 800 lbs.
Example: Competitive athlete, powerlifter, military special forces. - Remarkable (RM)
Among the strongest individuals in a city or region. Capable of extreme feats of strength.
Can press up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs).
Example: Champion strongman competitor, heavyweight martial arts expert. - Incredible (IN)
Among the strongest individuals in a state or province. Strength at this level seems almost beyond belief.
Can press up to 10 tons.
Example: Record-holding lifter, legendary local hero known for physical feats. - Amazing (AM)
Among the strongest on a continent. Strength is superhuman by practical standards.
Can press up to 50 tons.
Example: Fabled warrior or folklore-level hero known for moving vehicles or bending steel. - Monstrous (MN)
Known worldwide for feats of raw power. At this level, strength exceeds anything seen in real life.
Can press up to 80 tons.
Example: Mythic titan figure, revered symbol of unstoppable physical might. - Unearthly (UN)
The pinnacle of physical strength. This character can lift massive objects that defy the laws of human biology.
Can press 100+ tons.
Example: One of the strongest beings alive—comparable to legends who reshape landscapes with a single strike.
