1. New Cover and Merchandise:We’ve got big news for “Favor of Athena” fans! As we mentioned before, we are redrawing Issue 1 to ensure consistent artwork throughout the series. But that’s not all! We’ve also redesigned the covers, and we’re thrilled to unveil the NEW cover featuring Athena and her brother, Captain Aries. This striking artwork will also be available as merchandise soon, so stay tuned!
2. Symbolism Behind the Purple Color:You might be wondering why we chose purple for the cover. Purple in “Favor of Athena” represents the sin of pride, and it manifests in individuals as Narcissistic Personality Disorder, creating an addiction to all psychics with this color aura. Intrigued? Join us for the latest updates as the story unfolds.
3. Changes in Release Schedule:Due to some unforeseen financial setbacks, we regret to inform you that “Favor of Athena” will be moving back to a slower release schedule. Instead of the originally planned weekly updates on Webtoons and here, we’ll now be releasing two pages per month. There’s a possibility that the release may reduce further to one page per month. We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time.
4. Script Revision and PG-13 Rating:In response to feedback and to make “Favor of Athena” more accessible to a wider audience, we have revised the script to be more PG-13 friendly. Previously, we were pushing toward a Rated R direction, but now we’ve made adjustments to strike the right balance for a broader readership.
5. Posting Weekly Script Updates:Even though the comic pages might not be posted as frequently, we will still keep you engaged by posting weekly updates on the script’s progress. For those interested in the behind-the-scenes aspect, we’re working on sharing comic book scripts with you.
